The Fit Farmer's Wife: With the expansion of my understanding of health and wellness due to my autoimmune disease and life with chronic pain, I have found many avenues for natural treatment and healing. I have also discovered a wonderful and highly successful weight loss program that has enabled my husband to get back into the game of life and has given him renewed energy for living!
