About Me

My photo
The Fit Farmer's Wife
With the expansion of my understanding of health and wellness due to my autoimmune disease and life with chronic pain, I have found many avenues for natural treatment and healing. I have also discovered a wonderful and highly successful weight loss program that has enabled my husband to get back into the game of life and has given him renewed energy for living! I've struggled through many things from motherhood, depression, losing my health, ministry mishaps, empty nest, and facing the future that is full of exciting new things like farm living, healthy living, speaking ministry opportunities and more. God is so good and has been so faithful to us. It's my desire to communicate as much as I can about all these amazing things in life with anyone who wants to jump on board for the ride!
